Pastor Nay is a bold voice for a generation learning to trust God through real life. She leads with authenticity, grace, and strength continuing the legacy of her late husband, Pastor Jae, while walking fully in her own assignment.

She is the founder of NCM Ministries and the heartbeat behind “Becoming” a movement calling people out of brokenness and into purpose. Through her preaching, teaching, and everyday walk, Pastor Naysha reminds others that God still builds beauty out of pain.

Her message is simple but strong:" Brokenness is not the end it’s the birthplace of becoming who God called you to be!"

Pastor Jae was a man of unshakable faith, fearless vision, and unwavering commitment to the Kingdom of God. He lived by the truth that nothing is too hard for God. In 2014, he stepped out in obedience and founded The Change Center, a house built on faith, restoration, and the power of God’s Word.
His passion was people. His mission was clear: “Seeing people saved, restored, and making disciples.” Pastor Jae’s life laid the foundation, and his legacy continues to shape every step this ministry takes today.
